The inscription fees include the full access to the conference as well as the gala diner. Prices indicated below include all applicable taxes.

Early Bird prices (until February 15^th)

Students: 250€

Academics: 350€

Industrials: 450€

Full prices (after February 15^th)

Students: 300€

Academics: 400€

Industrials: 500€

Accomodation

In order to facilitate your search for accommodation for the duration of the conference, we have requested the creation of a platform listing available rooms in hotels located in the immediate vicinity of the conference venue. To access this platform, simply consult this page.

We have no control over the rates offered by hotels, and as there are many events taking place in Lille during this period, we invite you to book a room as early as possible in order to benefit from the best prices. If you encounter any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to find you a room that suits your needs.
